You could have a big dipper

Ignorance by Anthony Salandy

soars high in minds

Where self-gratification

Exists as the original weakness

Of human existence,

For some carnal pursuit

Gives rise to vile tendencies

That pervade all sort of society

Most commonly that where men

Do exist to manipulate flesh unwilling,

For some the inhalation of tar

Fills deep crypts

In the minds of worn fellows

Who grieve a lost past

While killing a future unknown-

For their own weakness

And those who may be forced

To sit tempered by rife smoke

And silent ignorance

That rides roughshod over all others,

But for another group

Greed gives the immediacy

Of craven men

Whose gluttony knows no bounds

Beyond the accumulation

Of material pomp

And salacious prestige

Amidst relationships salacious

And contrived too,

But what is the quintessential man-

But a loose cannon of masculine wisdom,

Fraudulent and vainly misplaced.
