Drink Water by Kurt Van Ristell

Drink water.
Two litres at least, and then
Pee. Be giddy, like a cherub.
Rinse and repeat.
It shouldn’t need to be said,
But common sense often begs
A helping hand.
Especially where self-care is concerned.
So, please, treat yourself
Like the thirsty flower that you are.
And drink water.
But not too much.
Or you will die.
